It is rare to find a villa cosy enough for just two people – and Casa Maria fits that bill.Set in its own garden and tucked away in the residential estate of Quinta das Raposeiras, close to the traditional market town of Bordeira with its restaurants and shops, Casa Maria is ideal for a couple or small family seeking a relaxing get-away holiday.Cottage-style, with simple furnishings but well-equipped, Casa Maria has a particularly private and attractive outside pool area with both shaded and sunny terraces and an outside BBQ area.Although peaceful and rural, it is just 20 min drive to the coast and beaches around Faro.Quinta das Raposeiras has tennis courts for the use of residents on the estate, which can be booked at the local development office, where there is also a small coffee shop.Local shops are within a few min drive, and restaurants and other shops are available in Bordeira, approximately 5 km.

All on ground floor: open-plan living / dining room opening onto pool terrace, small fitted kitchen, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom, bathroom.Built-in BBQ, satellite TV (UK free to air channels), DVD, CD player, safe, washing machine, microwave.Swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 0.7m to 1.4m, with ladder), sun terraces and BBQ.

The lounge and both bedrooms are air-conditioned - €50 per week payable locally if required.

Maid service twice weekly and linen change weekly.
